Founded 7 years ago by Aisha's mother, the mission of the company has always been to provide high-quality care for those in need through highly efficient practices. Through her hard work and dedication, the company has experienced tremendous growth and now has a team of over 200 employees. They have also expanded to include several supported living homes, which provide a comfortable and safe environment for individuals to live and receive care. The company's success can be attributed to its leaderships’ passion for helping others and commitment to providing the best possible care. The company's continued growth and expansion is a testament to the outstanding service they provide.

Jennifer Edwards
Registered ManagerJennifer joined the company in February 2020 and has worked within the care sector for 20 years. The Registered Manager for the Supported Living Properties. Currently studying law degree. Jennifer enjoy supporting our service users to achieve their aspirations and to thrive on their independence.
Jan Wynn
Registered ManagerJan joined the company in February 2024 and has worked within the care sector for 20 years. Starting as a carer developing her career with different roles and is not adverse to learning new things and has undertaken QCF level 5 in Health and Social Care.
